Our Goal Simply, Good Customer Service
In September 1999, RJ Foos and Dennis Ball left their positions at Waste
Management. "All we could do as managers was offer up an excuse and not
do anything about it" Foos said. "We wanted more control."
Pro Disposal has experienced considerable growth since our inception back in
1999. The company started out with one truck and two hundred customers, as
a matter of fact the owners were the first drivers for the company. Today, the
company has over thirty-eight employees, 30 trucks and over 40,000
customers, including becoming the trash and recycling provider for the City of
Lone Tree.
At Pro Disposal, we work hard to take care of our customers. Our drivers
return empty trash containers back up to the garage area, with container lids
placed on correctly. Our call center staff work hard to always be available to
answer the phones or return voice mail within fifteen minutes of receipt.
Meeting the needs of our customers, providing exceptional and timely
customer service, while offering affordable trash and recycling services is the
main focus of our company.
